• the date and time when the item was broadcast
• full details of your complaint
• your full contact details – address, phone number & email
3. Radio Glamorgan will acknowledge your complaint in writing or by email and will decide whether or not to proceed with a full investigation.
4. Radio Glamorgan aims to respond to complaints within 28 days, although some more complex cases may take longer. If your complaint is not completed within this period, you will be told why there has been a delay.
5. If a complaint is upheld, Radio Glamorgan may ask the presenter to broadcast an apology or correction. Serious offences may result in the presenter’s broadcasting rights being withdrawn.
6. If your complaint is not upheld and you wish to take the matter further, you can appeal to:
