What is Programme Sponsorship?
Programme Sponsorship gives you or your company the opportunity to be associated with a wide range of programmes broadcast daily from Radio Glamorgan.

How does it work?
Very simple, we have a wide range of one, two and three hour programmes available for sponsorship throughout the week and at weekends. Programme content is incredibly varied which suits the diverse and wide-ranging audience we broadcast to. For example, on a Monday afternoon we have ‘Rockin' With Roger' where Roger plays a range of music from the 60’s through to modern country.  On Sunday evenings our one hour ‘Chart Show’ keeps the listeners up to date with new music from the Top 40 singles and albums charts.

What happens if I decide to sponsor a programme?
You choose a weekly show from our schedule (one, two or three hours).  We will then, with your input, record a sponsor ident, which associates you or your company with the programme you have decided to sponsor.

· One hour show: the sponsor ident will be broadcast a minimum of twice: at the top of the hour and on the half hour.

· Two hour show: minimum of four indents, at the top of each hour and on each half-hour.  

· Three hour show: minimum of six indents, at the top of every hour and on every half-hour.  

All sponsors will receive exposure on RG’s website and in promotional material.

Will many people hear the sponsor indents?
At the moment we broadcast free to approximately 900 beds within the University Hospital of Wales.  It should be noted that the average patients stay is less that 3 days therefore this is a revolving figure as patients are constantly changing.   We can also be heard on a number of speakers in public areas throughout the hospital.
