Leigh J Apted

You can hear Leigh's show 'At The Speed Of Sound' on Saturdays. Plenty of party favourites, disco classics from the past and present plus of course requests from any patients listening in.

Michael Boyce

Michael won the Radio Glamorgan Best Presenter Award in 2006 and took 3rd place in 2007. His show, with the snappy title ‘Turn Up The Quiet’, is a unique blend of talk and music and is on air every Monday afternoon between 1pm and 3pm.

James Clancy

James is a regular presenter on Radio Glamorgan and now hosts - every Sunday morning - three hours of the most loved and popular classical compositions.

Zoe Clifford O’Shea

Zoe is the Membership Secretary for the Radio Glamorgan Committee. She is responsible for enroling new members and dealing with membership issues. You can catch Zoe's broadcast 'Celtic Gals' with Clare every Thursday at 7 pm

Peter Cox

Peter Cox joined the station in 2009 after several crash courses to update his broadcasting skills from tape, razor blades and LP's, to the hi-tech modern equipment that's at Radio Glamorgan. He plays an eclectic mix of music interspersed with interviews in a programme designed to entertain and inform. And he likes nothing better than to chat to listeners - and stars alike - on the phone or face-to-face.

Bob Davies

Bob’s show 'Pick Up The Pieces' is broadcast every Friday between 4pm and 6pm so why not let him help you get into that weekend kind of mood?

Geoff Davies

Geoff likes a challenge and that’s what his show on Tuesday evenings between 6pm and 8pm is all about.  Give him a random theme such as the weather, animals, roads, birds etc and he’ll find ten records to match it.  And that’s a promise!

Geoff was runner-up in the Best Presenter awards for 2006 and again in 2010 where he also gained a ‘Highly Commended’ from his fellow presenters in the Presenter’s Choice category.

Lucy Dickens

Join Lucy Dickens every Friday between 6pm and 8pm for a ‘Road Trip’ to a mystery destination.  Every week Lucy features music from a particular area - could be the UK, or anywhere in the world, so tune in for a journey into the unknown!

Simon Field

Simon was made an honorary life member of Radio Glamorgan when, after many years in the post he stepped down as Chairman in 2008. Simon co-presents the Chart Show on Sundays at 8pm followed with his own 'Slipped Disk' show

Heather Galliford

Heather is the Radio Glamorgan Secretary with responsibility for correspondence, fundraising and outside broadcasts. You can catch 'Heather's Hour' every Thursday at 9 pm. Heather won the Radio Glamorgan 2007 Award for "Best Feature" for her feature on "Speedy Spanish". She also came 3rd in the 2010 Best Presenter awards.

Andrew Jones

Andrew Jones is Radio Glamorgan's Programme Controller and is in charge of the show schedule, broadcast quality, equipment and training. Why not have 'Breakfast with Andrew' every Saturday morning starting at 9am.

Gary Jones & James Vincent

Gary Jones and James Vincent are both long-standing members of Radio Glamorgan and together they present ‘A Wednesday Thing’ with New Music & the music you want to hear. between 6pm and 8pm.

James is Radio Glamorgan's New Webmaster with responsibility for keeping this website up-to-date.

Matt Jones

Matt Jones joined Radio Glamorgan in 2008 and has been presenting his own show since early 2009.

Karlo King

Karlo is one of our longest serving members. He joined Radio Glamorgan in the late 70s when the studio was still in the basement at Heath Hospital. He's played a lot of hits during that time and still prefers to play the original vinyl records whenever he gets the chance. You can catch Karlo's show every Monday evening between 8pm and 10pm.

Grant Palmer

Grant joined Radio Glamorgan in early 2008 and started his ‘Late Show’ in Jan 2009. Catch him every Tuesday night between 8pm and 10pm for his unmissable show featuring the random entertainment news of the week, along with his opinions on different subjects and all the current music mixed with the odd classics from the past.

Interesting fact - He’s also an aspiring music producer!

Jamie Pritchard

Jamie's Sunday Showdown is not to be missed. Featuring the most requested songs of the week it's the perfect wind-down for a Sunday evening. Join Jamie live at 6 pm every Sunday. Later, between 8pm and 9pm, Jamie and Simon Field present the Radio Glamorgan Chart Show. Multi-award winning Jamie and his co-presenter John Wilce (see below) won the "Best Presenter" award in 2007 and again in 2010.

Stuart Riley

Stuart presents a show called Juke Box Sunday every Sunday between 2pm and 4pm. The difference between Stuart's Juke Box show and a real Juke Box is that on this show the music is free - all you have to do to hear your favourite record played is make a request!

Paul Rogers

Paul Joined Radio Glamorgan in 2009

Gareth Rowlands

Clare Sinclair

Clare has been a devoted and very active member of Radio Glamorgan for many years and became our Chairwoman in 2008 and so she now has responsibility for leadership and strategic direction.

Emma Stone

The Late Show with Emma Stone is broadcast between 1pm and 3pm every Saturday afternoon (it’s only called The Late Show because Emma is always late!).

This show is a mixture of all kinds of music plus a lot of chatter, more chatter and then even more chatter (which is one of the reasons why Emma is always late).  Tune in for about ten past one - she should be there by then!

Luke Todd

You'll have to be an early bird to catch Luke's 'Wake Up Live' show as it goes out between 7am and 9am every Saturday morning. Join him for breakfast: It's worth waking up for!

John Webber

John Webber kick-starts the musical week on Mondays from 10am to 1pm with his show Magic 2010.  Be drawn into his circle as he casts his spells of Jazz, Blues, Ballads and Love Songs.  This is easy listening at its best sprinkled with stories and comments about the music and artists - be warned - it’s an addictive potion!

Carl West

Carl West presents his show 'Kick Up The Eighties' every Saturday between 11am and 12.30pm.

John Wilce

John is our Studio Manager and his familiarity with the equipment means he can now present his show with his hands on his head! As well as being a part of the Motley Crew above he also presents 'Sunday Select' every Sunday Evening between 4pm and 6pm. John shared the award for "Best Presenter" with Jamie Pritchard (see above)
